Stop doing these 3 things this fall when cleaning your bathroom

Bad habits will show when it comes to maintaining your bathroom when you have guests over this fall. Stop doing these three things:

1. Not cleaning your toilet brush after using it

This is absolutely disgusting if you do this. Clean your toilet brush after each use to prevent bacteria growth and unwanted odors. To clean your brush, rinse it with running hot water for 60 seconds then sanitize it with a disinfectant cleaner. If there's a lingering odor, add 2-3 drops of your favorite smelling essential whether it's peppermint or lemon.

2. Treating every cleaner as a disinfectant

Not every cleaner is a disinfectant. Just because a cleaner is able to get gunk off a surface and it smells good doesn't mean it kills germs. Do your research.

3. Waiting too long to clean

Cleaning on a consistent basis will make your life a lot easier. By sticking to a regular cleaning schedule, you won't have to worry about any major buildup of slime and grime or smells.
