All-natural air fresheners for your potty training child

Whether your potty training child has an accident or not, it's never a waste of time to try to improve the smells coming from and near your child's potty.  Being able to freshen up the air is even better when you can do it in a way that'll all natural. Here are three all-natural air freshener options you'll love:

Baking soda

Add three teaspoons of baking soda inside of your child's potty after cleaning his/her potty. Baking soda's natural properties help neutralize any less than desirable odors.

Orange peels

This is a great option if you're an orange lover. Simply take a couple of peels (make sure the actual flesh portion of the orange has been eaten) and place them in your child's potty overnight night. The citrus oils from the peels will produce a refreshing smell so good that you'll do it every night.

Essential oils

If the baking soda option or the orange peel option isn't your cup of tea, try essential oils. After each potty cleaning session, add 3-5 drops of your favorite oils. Popular oils for improving smelly situations include lavender,  peppermint, cinnamon and pine. You can also create your own blends like combining 3 drops of wintergreen and one 1 drop of cinnamon.
